On 14 April 2010 Mr. Aik Num Puah and Mrs. Elaine Quek of PUB visited two water treatment plants of PWN, Heemskerk and Andijk. In Andijk they could also view the pilot plant for innovative water treatment processes with ceramic membranes (CeraMac®) and suspended ion exchange process (SIX®).

Further cooperation in the field of R&D was discussed and in principle agreed on specific issues. Both companies confirmed that they want to build a long term relationship with each other. A formal document on the cooperation will be signed during the Singapore International Water Week (SIWW) 2010.
