In the summer of 2019, a 12-month pilot-scale evaluation of the SIX® process was performed at the Hall WTW location of Anglian Water. Anglian Water wanted to understand how the SIX® process can improve organics removal for Hall WTW and its impact on disinfection by-product formation. The main process removing organics in Hall are roughing GAC filters, it is desired to compare performance for DOC removal as well as cost.
