In the autumn of 2019, Scottish Water began a six-month pilot trial of ILCA® + CeraMac® on the Megget reservoir source, which is a low turbidity source water with moderate dissolved organic carbon. Testing was conducted with polyaluminum chloride at different pHs through the winter season. A thorough water quality monitoring program was executed, and stable performance was achieved.
