Your purpose

As a Project Manager, you ensure that multiple projects or complex, strategically important projects within the organization are successfully executed. Your focus is on aligning projects with business objectives, leading large teams, and mentoring project managers in their development.

Additionally, you make high-level decisions, oversee resource allocation, and identify risks to mitigate them in a timely manner. Through effective stakeholder management and strategic planning, you ensure that projects are delivered not only within scope, budget, and timeline but also contribute to the growth and efficiency of the organization.

The project cycle for a project manager at PWNT is from the bidding/tendering stage until the final closure of the project. The most intensive part is the engineering and design stages. Construction phase is relatively small compared to the engineering stage.

What will you be doing? We have listed it for you:

Serve as the primary liaison for executive stakeholders, providing high-level updates, strategic insights, and ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Team management & project Planning: Lead and mentor project managers and large cross-functional teams, ensuring consistency and high performance across all projects. Oversee the strategic planning of multiple projects or large-scale initiatives, defining goals and aligning them with business objectives.
  • Budget and Resource Management: Manage project portfolios, approve budgets, oversee resource allocation, and ensure cost-effective project delivery.
  • Risk and Change Management: Lead the identification and mitigation of enterprise-level risks, handling major change requests and ensuring minimal impact on project objectives.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet or exceed quality standards and align with organizational goals.
  • Issue Resolution: Address escalated issues across multiple projects, providing solutions to critical blockers and complex challenges.
